RP-20 tube replacement

What is the easiest way to replace a broken tube in the RP-20?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Here's what you need to do. Remove the bottom of the RP20. You'll find the tube located near the expression pedal(the upper left corner), loosen the tube retainer bracket and remove the tube by pulling it straight out of the socket. Replace with any 12AX7 tube, replace the tube retainer bracket and put the bottom back on and you're ready to go!

I tried to replace the tube on my RP-21D. Took ALL of the screws off and still couldn't get the thing open. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

p.s. it seems that the back of the unit wraps around and encompasses the I/O jacks etc. So I'm cinfused re: just taking the bottom off.

No master volume on RP20?...

02/24/2003

Hi,

I own an RP20 and I have been trying to make my own presets. I cant find the master volume for each patch!.... In page 27 in the manual it says to go to the output module (under effects) and there should be an option for button "1". It is not there!!!... I have no way of adjusting the master volume for my patches!!!....

Thanks,

Rodrigo

Hello.

I have a problem trying to update the firmware of my RP 20, he was hanged.
Try everything but stayed in "waiting for data" and then not come out.

You may purchase the EPROM for this model?

Thank you very much.
